Symbol Factory (SF) is a library of over 4,000 graphics for industrial automation, and HMI/SCADA Applications. It includes pumps, pipes, valves, tanks, mixers, motors, ducts, electrical symbols, flow meters, material handling, sensors, PLCs, transmitters, and ISA symbols.

Symbol Factory Tool Overview
- Version 2.0 includes Professionally created vector graphics designed to achieve maximum quality, and scalability while minimizing file size and impact on graphics display update speed.
- Objects can integrate into your application in formats including metafiles, bitmaps (.bmp), SVG, VML, or PNG.
- Works with any application that can use a WMF, EMF, BMP, PNG, SVG, or VML file type
- Librarian application with easy-to-use features for resizing, changing the colour scheme and orientation of objects as well as building your own categories, and bringing your own graphics into the library. Graphics may be imported from WMF (Windows Metafile) Vector format or BMP formats.

Some Features of Symbol Factory 2.0
- System Requirements: Windows XP or lower (However you can use the soft on Windows 7/8/10 (tested)) and approximately 14 MB of free disk space.

- SF 2.0 now fully supports Drag-and-Drop operations. You can drag symbols from the soft and drop them onto other applications, or vice versa. This performs the same function as copying and pasting.
- Picture Optimization: Metafile data size and complexity can be drastically reduced using the new picture optimization features.
