Delta DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite – is an all-in-one integrated engineering platform of Delta Automation. It is available to download in January 2021. The DIAStudio helps you to simplify the process, and save time and cost for building a machinery system.
Delta DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite Overview
The Delta DIAStudio engineering platform includes:
- DIASelector: A tool, that helps you to select devices quickly, easily, and smartly.
- DIADesigner: Integrated development and engineering software. With DIADesigner you can configure and program for the Controller (PLC), Servo drive, Inverter drive and Temperature controller.
- DIAScreen: An intuitive visualization software, like the DOPSoft v4.0. DIAScreen supported the device: DXMC/AX/DOP-100/DOP-Handheld/IMP/TP series.
- DIAInstaller: A software installer, it helps you to install and update the system.
- COMMGR: A tool, it helps you manage the communication of the device.
- DIADesigner-AX: The motion development & engineering software
The Delta DIAStudio supports efficient, flexible data or tag sharing between all software.
DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite – System Requirement
To install and work with Delta DIAStudio your system needs:
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10 (32/64 bits) or Windows Server from 2012 R2 version.
- Processor: CPU Intel Celeron 540 1.8GHz (min), Recommend Intel Core i5 M520 2.4 GHz or higher.
- RAM Memory: 2GB or above (recommend to use 4GB or more)
- Hard Disk Drive: 10GB or more
- Monitor Resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels. Recommend 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher.
- Keyboard/Mouse: General Keyboard Mouse or Windows-compatible device
- Ethernet: Need network connection when down or update
- Software: Need to install Microsoft.Net Framework 4.6.2
Download DIAStudio Free and Install
Follow the steps to download and install Delta DIAStudio Smart Suite:
- Open the internet browser (Chrome, Firefox…) and visit: https://diastudio.deltaww.com/
- Click “Register” and create an account. Sign in to the website.
- Click “Download center” -> “Download”. Select the newest version of DIAStudio in the “Software Name”, and download it.
- Run the file downloaded, waiting for the process to complete. Open it.
- Click “Software list”. Select the software to install and click download. Waiting for the process to complete, click “Install” to install the software.

Summary
Delta DIAStudio Smart Machine Suite is a new integrated engineering platform of Delta Automation. With the new system, it is the best selection. However, we still need the old software (WPLSoft, ISPSoft, DOPSoft…) to configure and program for the current device.
