How to start learning PLC programming for beginners ?
In my experience I started learning PLC programming:
1. Select a brand of PLC to learn programming (Siemens, Delta, ABB…), it depends on the cost and your country…Ex: in my country Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta are popular and it has more document in my language. And then select a series of PLC brands to learn, in normal we start from basic (S7-1200, Delta DVP..).
2. Find and connect the information about the hardware (PLC, sensor, power…) and buy the hardware (if you can).
3. Download the software, read the manual, watch the video… start from the basics command (set, reset, timer, counter…) and test it. You can download the automation software (PLC software, HMI software...) and automation manual on 365evn automation.
4. Work on the advanced function (HSC, PTO, PWM…), connect to an HMI…
5. If you can use a PLC at a good level. You can use it with another brand
